Follow six simple steps to activate your digital card, add it to your mobile wallet and Tap & Pay.
Activation Guide
Follow the steps below to activate your digital reward card.
Step 1. Open your digital card email.
Open the email from noreply@emlpayments.com and select Activate Your Perx Rewards Card to go to perx.getmybalance.com. Use the mobile phone you plan to pay with if you want to add the card to a digital wallet.
Step 2. Access your account.
New account holders: select Create Account using the same email address the digital card was sent to, then confirm your personal and address details.
Existing account holders: log in and select Add a card from My Cards.
Tip: Your account email must match the address your digital card was sent to. If you already have an account, please don’t create a duplicate.
Step 3. Verify your account.
Enter the security code sent to the selected mobile number or email address. A different delivery method can be selected, or a new code requested. Select Continue.
Step 4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Read the Cardholder Agreement on screen or open the PDF . Select the confirmation checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions, then select Continue.
Step 5. Activate your card.
Enter your surname and either your personal email address or the activation code supplied by your employer. Select Activate card.
Tip: Your employer provides your activation code separately. If you haven’t received it, please contact your employer. For security reasons, Perx Customer Service is unable to provide this code.
Step 6. Add your card to your wallet.
When the confirmation appears, select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet to pay in-store with your phone. Not ready yet? Select I’ll do this later and add it any time from My Cards.
