How do I activate my card?
Digital Card
Perx Digital Card Activation Instructions
- Receive an email with notification of your Digital Card
- Download the Get My eCard App on the Play Store or Apple Store.
- Create an Account on your new app.
- Add your card to your digital wallet for use anywhere you tap & go.
- To use your card online go to perx.getmybalance.com to enable 3D Secure on your card.

- Receive your Perx card through the post or by courier
- Visit http://www.perx.getmybalance.com to create an account.
- Check your inbox or device for the verification code to complete account sign up.
- Enable 3D Secure at http://www.perx.getmybalance.com for online purchases.

Your Perx Reward card is now setup to use in-store and online.
How do I check my Balance or my Transaction History?
If you want to check the balance or the Transaction history of your card, you can do this via the online account at perx.getmybalance.com or by calling our IVR line and selecting the check balance option.
Retrieving your balance and transaction history online:
- Vist Go to https://perx.getmybalance.com
- Go to My Cards
- Here you can see the remaining balance of the card
- To view the Transaction History, select View from the Action menu
- Here you will find the latest Balance & Transaction History
Retrieving your balance and transaction history by calling our support line:
- Contact the customer support team at +353(0) 1 255 711
- Select option 1 followed by option 1 again
- The system will then ask for your Card number then 6 digit security number from the back of the card
- A live balance will be provided to you on the line

What is 3D Secure enrolment & how do I do it?
3D Secure is a additional step you can enable that enhances security measures when using your card for online transactions.
When enabled, 3d Secure will ask you to validate every online transaction with your PIN code.
This 2-Step Authentication for online purchases will mean that no unauthorised payments will go through without the cardholder verifying them.
Note: You will not be able to make any online transactions without enabling 3D Secure.
Enabling 3d Secure for online purchases:
- Vist Go to https://perx.getmybalance.com
- Go to My Cards
- Select View from the Action memu
- Click 3DS Enrollment and fill in the details
- Enable
Your card now has 3D Secure enabled and you can use your card online
